Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Universal Sieger (male) or Universal Siegerin (female) title, a dog must meet the following criteria:

Ownership & Registration
 

1. Must be owned by a USRC member.

2.  Must be USRC registered.

3.  Must have a valid USRC-recognized Breed Suitability Test (BST). United States Rottweiler Club

 
Performance Requirements
 

1. Must compete at both the USRC National IGP Championship and the USRC National Sieger Show either in the same year (when combined) or with the IGP event immediately preceding the Sieger Show. United States Rottweiler Club

2.  Must achieve a passing score at the National IPO Championship with a TSB rating of “pronounced”.

3.  Males must compete at the IGP3 level; females must compete at IGP1 or higher. United States Rottweiler Club

 
Points Requirement
 

1. The title is awarded to the dog with the highest combined points from both events.

2.  A minimum of 10 points must be earned from each event—20 points total. United States Rottweiler Club

Tie-Breaker Criteria
If two or more dogs tie on total points, tiebreakers are applied in the following order:
 

1. Dog born in the U.S. (+1 point)

2. Breeder of record was a USRC member at the dog's birth (+1 point)

3. Dog’s litter registered with USRC at birth (+2 points)

4. Highest total score at the USRC National IPO Championship (+2 points)

5. For males: highest protection score at the IPO Championship (+2 points)
   For females: highest level of competition at the IPO Championship (+2 points)

To participate and submit an application for the title, the following documents are typically required:
 

• Proof of USRC membership for both owner (and handler, if different).

• Proof of USRC registration of the dog.

• Proof of a valid USRC-recognized Breed Suitability Test (BST) certificate.

• Show entry documentation, including critiques and ratings from both the Sieger Show and the IGP Championship, to substantiate points earned. United States Rottweiler Club+1

• For adult dogs over 24/30 months, proof of hip and elbow ratings is required to enter conformation classes; this may be required as part of USRC documentation during entry. United States Rottweiler Club+1

• Original documents: Membership cards, Registration Certificate, BST Certificate must be presented at the Breed Test or when entering the events. United States Rottweiler Club+1
